The Grand Summer Ball is the official grad ball and party, put on by the Students' Union at the Grand Hotel in Gosforth on the 9 June. With its circus theme, expect unique entertainment, music, tarot readings and more, with a three-course meal and some complementary beverages.
This is a black-tie event- so get those suits and dresses ready!

Want to show your support for your team in the Euros this summer? Well, Fanzone might be for you! Located in Times Square (at The Centre for Life), they’re bringing the Euros to life, bringing their largest viewing screen ever!
Whether you’re cheering on England trying to bring it home, or backing Italy to ‘bring it Rome’, they are showing all the major games this summer, with street food, interviews, and live music before and after games, so why not come along?

Then join NUSU on 3 June for a guided all access tour of the Tyne Theatre & Opera House, learning what it’s like behind the scenes bringing some of your favourite theatre performances and musicals to you.
This is a ticketed, costing £2 a ticket.

On the 9 June, they’ll be debuting their fantastic food festival “Bite Back for Cancer Research UK”. Be in the presence of 15 Michelin starred chefs from up and down the UK and grab some delicious street food from 12pm-5pm, as you raise awareness and money for charity!
