The University Counselling Team offers a variety of helpful workshops, throughout the academic year, to help you maintain or improve your wellbeing while you study here at Newcastle.

The aim of each workshop is to help you identify what any issues could be, explore the various means of coping with those issues, and generate methods of developing new skills which can be used to enhance your own positive mental and physical wellbeing. You can find more information about our workshops here.
